Our visit to William Angliss Collage was fascinating even for those not confirmed foodies.  The building is magnificent and situated close to transport making it very accessible for students.  But it's when you step inside you really appreciate what it takes to produce a new crop of Chefs, and the aromas coming from the classrooms are mouthwateringly, nosetiltingly arresting.  Take a peek into the student R&R area and you can't help but be blown away... Everyone is catered for, music, sleep areas - just in case you need a rest between classes, and even a resident psychologist for the stressed out, or just plain lonely student.  Phew!  things have certainly changed since my uni days.
We had a lovely lunch catered by and served by students, followed by a trip to the bakery shop for goodies to take home.

Thanks Win for another lovely day out.
