Australia's Biggest Morning Tea is always a big dairy day for Frankston Branch. Renowned for donating to Frankston Hospital's oncology ward and Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre over the years, this is our other big donation day. Generally we raise in excess of $3000.00 with our raffles and infamous auction. Of course we could not achieve this amount without the donated goods and gift vouchers from Frankstons leading merchants. With over 100 in attendance, it was the usual chatty, noisy get-together as our Local Mayor, Brian Cunial found out when he popped in to say a few words. We also welcomed the Ladies from Mentone Branch and David Beer from Nepean Hearing, who help to subsidize our Newsletter. A rollicking good, fun day for a great cause.

Geelong in May
We had a lovely trip to Geelong to visit the Wool Museum. We can highly recommend this one. They have really made this an interesting place with "touchables", demonstrations and history guides. There's a nice eatery on the ground floor too. Geelong is a beautiful old city with heaps to see, and the foreshore has those colourful bollards dotted throughout the foreshore gardens, no wonder the locals are proud.

Out to Lunch
We are often out and about having lunch at different venues as we like the variety and, of cause, members varying tastes. We usually grab a couple of tables as it's great to chat and catch-up.
The Big Bouquet
Frankston Branch have been busy as usual, with some wonderful outings such as The Big Bouquet where the flowers, gardens and the cuddly alpaca's all performed on a brilliant sunny day. It doesn't get much better than that...or does it?
